DEX recycles used toner and ink cartridges at no cost to you. Tell us how many you have and where to send the box, and a prepaid UPS label arrives with it. You need six or more empty cartridges to use the service.

2. A prepaid box arrives
DEX ships a 20x20x22 carton with a prepaid UPS return label already attached.
3. Fill it and ship it
Pack your empty cartridges, seal the box, and hand it to UPS. Nothing to pay and nothing to arrange.

Email the supplies team the number of empty cartridges you have and the address the box should go to, and DEX will send a prepaid box.

Why do I need six or more cartridges?
The box and the prepaid shipping are sized for a batch. Below six it costs more in freight and packaging than the recovery is worth, so DEX asks you to collect a few more first.
Does this cost anything?
No. The carton and the prepaid UPS return label are both provided at no charge.
Which cartridges do you take?
Empty toner and ink cartridges from the lines DEX carries. If you have cartridges from another manufacturer, contact the supplies desk and they will tell you what can go in the box.
