Supply ordering surfaces the consumables matched to your fleet and your recent order history. If the ordering tool is ever unavailable, call DEX service at 800.886.2329 (Option 2) and we will place the order for you, so an order never stalls.

After you order, you can enroll in scheduled reordering so DEX ships supplies automatically based on your usage. Enrolling once means the fleet stops running dry between orders. Not a customer yet? What supplies can I order?
Toner, drums, and other consumables matched to the equipment on your account. To send back empty cartridges, request a recycling box from Recycle Cartridges under Service & Support.
Can DEX ship supplies automatically?
Yes. Enroll in scheduled reordering after you place an order, and DEX ships supplies automatically based on your usage.
What if I cannot reach the ordering tool?
Call your local branch and a DEXpert will place the order for you. Your order never depends on the tool alone.
I am not a DEX customer yet. How do I get supplies?
Supply ordering is for current customers; request a quote to set up equipment and a supply program with DEX.
